About the Role

This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground leadership role. As the Restaurant General Manager in Boston, MA, you're not managing from a back office, you're on the floor, side by side with your team, running the show. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead and develop your crew, maintain high standards for food quality and guest experience, and drive the kind of results that fuel growth.

Job Qualifications

To be considered for the Restaurant General Manager position in Boston, MA, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Previous restaurant management or leadership experience you've been here before and you know what it takes
Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable with confidence and consistency
Bar experience as a bartender or bar manager
Experience managing labor, scheduling, and cost controls
Ability to stay calm, think clearly, and make smart decisions under pressure
Strong customer service mindset with sharp problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional you set the standard
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills with both staff and guests
Working knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards

Experience in fast casual or high-volume restaurant environments
Familiarity with P&L management, budgeting, and inventory systems
Experience opening or scaling restaurant locations

Job Responsibilities
