Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front of house, kitchen, and takeout
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and team members
• Drive sales and profitability through labor scheduling, food cost control, and inventory management
• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean, welcoming environment
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards are met every shift
• Review P&L results and create action plans to reach sales and budget goals
• Build a positive, people-first team culture through coaching and recognition

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant, QSR, or food service setting
• Proven track record leading teams and managing a P&L
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• ServSafe Manager certification, or ability to obtain
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
