Restaurant Department Manager – Lead Teams & Service

McDonald’s franchisee in Canton, Ohio is seeking Restaurant Managers to lead shifts, oversee Training, Food Safety and Inventory, and ensure fast, friendly service across front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru. You will hire, train, and schedule crew, motivate staff, and report results to the franchisee.

A background in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management is preferred. Applicants must be 18+, enjoy a fast-paced team environment, and be flexible with a variable schedule.
