Restaurant Department Manager: Lead Service, Kitchen & People

McDonald’s is seeking a Department Manager to lead critical restaurant operations, including Guest Service, Kitchen, and People functions. You will supervise crew and managers to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while driving customer satisfaction at a high standard.

You’ll report to the General Manager, coordinate training, handle scheduling, and ensure execution of promotions and service procedures in a fast-paced environment.
