We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, showcasing expertise in kitchen knowledge and prep. This role requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Follow recipes
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Skills
Proven experience in fast casual environment
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Great knife skills
A creative mindset with the ability to innovate traditional dishes while maintaining quality standards.
A fixed first shift schedule of 7 am-3 pm offers a great work/life balance rarely seen in the restaurant industry. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS! Additionally, free bus pass or parking available. Must be to oriented and help the line during the lunch rush.
