Assistant General Manager – RestaurantKalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Assistant General Manager. In this role, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations, developing and inspiring associates, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.A list of our concepts, each needing an Assistant General Manager, includes:B-LUX Grill & Bar – Deliciously unique burgers and shakes handcrafted from scratch.Cinco Niños - A friendly Tex-Mex-inspired cuisine outlet and tequila bar featuring sizzle and classic flavors.As an Assistant General Manager, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love by being present in the operation during its busiest hours, not just observing, but actively supporting teams during peak service.
