Line Cook
Responsibilities - Line Cook
Prepare food according to Rooster Street's recipes, standards, and station-specific requirements.
Properly handle, rotate, store, and prep all food items to ensure quality and freshness.
Cook dishes to company standards and within the 10-15 minute ticket time window.
Collaborate with team members to write and manage daily prep lists.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the entire shift.
Set up and break down individual stations and assist with full kitchen setup and closing.
Uphold food safety and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications - Line Cook
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Rooster Street is a small, locally owned Restaurant & Bar located in Lititz, PA. Since opening, we've been dedicated to creating exceptional food and drink experiences, with everything made in-house and from scratch.
