CAVA – Edmond is seeking an Assistant General Manager to translate our mission and values into day-to-day restaurant operations. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to set store action plans, monitor financial metrics, and develop hourly Team Members.
The AGM will oversee schedules, forecasting, labor, and inventory, while upholding food quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. You will train and coach staff to deliver exceptional service.
