General Labor Associates Wanted
A busy distribution facility is seeking reliable General Labor Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while assisting with unloading, cleanup, and material handling activities.
Responsibilities
- Clean containers and trucks after deliveries
- Sweep work areas and remove shipping debris
- Dispose of materials using compactors
- Use a Sawzall (reciprocating saw) to break down wooden crates
- Use hand tools, including drills and branding irons
- Mark and organize dollies and materials
- Assist with warehouse and distribution activities as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications
- Warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to read and write English
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Willingness to work overtime and mandatory Saturdays
- Steel-toed shoes or boots required
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
