Missions
You are responsible for the internal control system of level 2 military salaries within your scope (21 organizations in Ile-de France and Hauts de France), subordinate to the central division of internal control of salary of CISAP in Rambouillet. Under the authority of the bureau chief, you identify, evaluate risks and prioritize them to implement corrective actions. Assure the role of advice in the deployment of CI1 salary. Follow and update the references and tools in your charge. Ensure the implementation of functional and hierarchical organization charts in the organizations in charge of CI1 salary. Answer the occasional questions related to your field of expertise. Evaluate the permanent audibilité dossier (DAP) of CI1 salary implemented by the organizations within the scope. Participate in the reflection and work on CI salary matters. Conduct corroboration controls on the controls carried out in CI1 salary (self-controls, mutual controls, supervision controls). Carry out verification, control, and consistency operations on the seized allowances. Archive the various functional directives, trade regulations, and regulations related to associated information systems to maintain the reference document base. Provide salary advice. Prepare and carry out CI2 audit missions.
Profile Sought
Experience desired in military remuneration or personnel management. Possibly in the implementation of internal control methodologies, within a procurement-finance-management control structure of quality management. You show relational ease.
