Qualifications
- Work Experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities/OPWDD with children or adults preferred
- Sensitivity to the needs of the individual
- Genuine interest in teaching, and willingness to motivate individuals to learn
- Valid New York State License, current insurance and liability coverage
- Strong command of verbal and written communication (English)
- Accountability
- Directly accountable to the individual primary caregivers, and indirectly accountable to the Program Coordinator Self Direction
- Hawthorne Foundation Inc. is the Employer of Record
