Job Description:
- Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 240 bed facility
- Number of Staff: 15 RT staff
- Minimum Staffing Requirements:
- Day Shift: 3
- Night Shift: 3
- Patient Ratios: 30-40 patients average per shift
- Type of Equipment: Hamilton G5
- EMR: Meditech
- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must Have Skills:
- Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital RRT experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- CRT or NBRC certification
- Preferred Skills:
- Prior Meditech experience
- PICU experience
- NICU experience
- Typical Procedures Performed:
- Administer treatments
- Ventilator setup
- Assist in intubation
- ABG collection
- Patient and staff education
- All respiratory therapy procedures for ED, PEDS, ICU, NICU, and Med Surge
