Pay & Benefits
- Pay Range: $36.92 – $50.29 per hour

What You'll Do
- Provide and monitor therapeutic oxygen, aerosols, humidification, and respiratory medications
- Apply and oversee both non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation support
- Assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management, and artificial airway care
- Obtain and interpret pulmonary function data, suggest therapy modifications
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health, prevention, and recovery
- Manage documentation and billing as per policy
- Support pharmacy functions including stock management, medication preparation, and equipment checks when working in Chaska
What You Need
Required:
- Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Valid Minnesota RT license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (preferred)
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively in English
- Attention to detail and equipment proficiency
Preferred:
- Open to new graduates
- Previous respiratory therapy experience (1 year preferred)
