You must hold a current, unrestricted State Licensure and have at least twelve (12) months, with no more than a 90-day career break. - TB Skin Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test (Within 12 Months)
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and urine drug screening
