Compensation:
- Base Pay of $45/hr - $50/hr (DOE)
- $4K Sign on Bonus
- Quarterly Bonus up to $1,000 per quarter ($4,000 annually) based on performance and eligibility criteria
- Mileage reimbursement
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver care where it's needed the most by providing in-home respiratory therapy services including patient education, equipment setup, and follow-up visits
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered state licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT/RCP)
