- Provide direct patient care, including assessment and management of home respiratory patients
u2022 Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and treatment plans
u2022 Manage and support respiratory therapies such as oxygen, PAP devices, nebulizers, inhalers, and mechanical ventilation
u2022 Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the care team
u2022 Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services
u2022 Review and follow physician orders to ensure proper treatment and device settings
u2022 Maintain compliance with all regulatory, company, and accrediting agency standards
u2022 Respond to patient and customer service concerns with professionalism and empathy
u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to support patient onboarding and ongoing care
