Your Role as a Respiratory Therapist:

• Administer Respiratory Treatments: Deliver essential therapies such as oxygen administration, nebulization, non-invasive ventilation, and airway management for patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
• Assess & Monitor Respiratory Function: Conduct diagnostic tests, monitor patient response, and tailor treatments based on real-time assessments.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate & Support Patients: Guide patients and their families in managing respiratory conditions, including the use of home oxygen, inhalers, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance: Maintain best practices in infection control, equipment sterilization, and accurate medical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license
• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification required
• New graduates welcome —training and mentorship provided
• Preferred experience in hospital or critical care settings, but not required
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to patient safety, empathy, and evidence-based care
