Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Strong PICU & NICU experience REQUIRED (Hard Stop)
- Must be comfortable working with ALL age groups (Neonates → Adults → Geriatrics)
- RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required
- Experience with Adult Critical Care, NICU, PICU, ER & ICU preferred
- Level 1 Trauma / Teaching Hospital experience preferred
- Epic charting preferred
- Must be comfortable floating within respiratory care scope
