This role designs and delivers evidence-based respiratory education for RTs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams; supports new hire onboarding and competency validation; and promotes best practices in ventilation management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary rehabilitation. The educator collaborates with clinical leaders to analyze outcomes, update protocols, and reinforce patient safety.
Responsibilities include bedside coaching, skills labs, in‑service training, regulatory readiness, and mentoring staff to ensure high‑quality, patient-centered respiratory care.
