Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Description:
This position is for a Respiratory Therapist specializing in respiratory care.
The therapist will work closely with all respiratory patients.
Required skills include drawing ABGs, assisting with intubations, BIPAP, CPAP, and ventilator management.
The role also involves NICU responsibilities such as intubation, delivery attendance, and administering nitric oxide.
The ideal candidate should have experience with both adult and NICU patient populations.
The department operates with a support staff including CNAs and a dedicated team for NICU care.
The technology used includes an electronic medical record system and advanced medication dispensing tools.
Weekend rotation is expected every third weekend.
There is an on-call schedule for NICU therapists.
Holiday work will be assigned according to department standards.
Scrub color is open, allowing for any color.
The position offers a supportive work environment with 24/7 hospitalist and specialty coverage.
Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic clinical setting focused on providing excellent respiratory care.
