Owning the demand-capacity forecast for a portfolio of over 800 renewable energy projects, the full-time remote Resource Planning Manager will develop resourcing plans, coordinate scheduling conflicts, and present forecasts to executive leadership. Key responsibilities Manage the rolling demand-capacity forecast and maintain the standard work breakdown structure (WBS) across projects Translate utilization metrics into hiring indicators and facilitate weekly resourcing meetings to resolve staffing conflicts Present demand-capacity forecasts to leadership, ensuring clarity and transparency while addressing underlying assumptions Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in professional services operations, resource planning, or project operations, preferably in architecture or engineering Proven ownership of a demand-capacity or resource forecast influencing staffing decisions Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience with data modeling Ability to communicate effectively with executives and present complex forecasts Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
