Your analysis will directly support strategic decisions, regulatory filings, and future investment across conventional generation, nuclear/SMR, solar, battery storage, and emerging technologies.

The Role:
- Lead resource and generation planning studies using PLEXOS
- Develop, maintain, validate, and run production cost and capacity expansion models
- Evaluate future generation options including conventional, nuclear/SMR, solar, battery storage, and emerging technologies
- Produce technical analysis and executive-level recommendations to support long-term strategy and regulatory filings
- Strong hands-on PLEXOS experience is required
- Experience within resource planning, generation planning, production cost modeling, or capacity expansion
- Experience within electric utility planning, engineering, management, or operations
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, Energy Systems, or a related field
