- Work with local and corporate employees to prioritize material resource development needs, development projects, and development efforts that meet company objectives consistent with the Company's core values* Proven strategic, analytical and financial skills* Ability to maintain confidentiality with owners and consultants* Ability to work in high functioning environments and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines* Ability to interpret land title reports* GIS experience* Demonstrated proficiency of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)* Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate across wide stakeholder groups* Ability to properly manage and prioritize resources and projects* Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, owners and consultants* Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment* Ability and willingness to abide by Granite's Code of Conduct on a daily basis* Valid driver's license and ability to drive for extended periods of time* Occasional travel may be required
