Resort Engineering Lead - Hands-on Maintenance & Tech

Avanti International Resort in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Chief Engineer to lead our Engineering team and keep the resort operating at its best. Working closely with the Chief Engineer, you will oversee daily maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, pools, and building systems to ensure safety and guest comfort.

Responsibilities include supervising and developing staff, prioritizing work orders, performing hands-on repairs, coordinating with contractors, and
