Aptar is seeking aResin Material Handler basedin Mukwonago, WI . This position is fully on-site .

You Willbe

• Responsible formaintainingflow of plastic to all molding machines in the department.

• Assemble andmonitoroperation of auxiliary equipment per prescribed procedure.

• Disassemble and clean hoppers, blender andmaintaintheir operations as production requires. Analyze and resolve minor problems incentralloading system.

• Move raw materials from material supply station to molding roomby usinghand or lift truck and supply department with materials, skids,boxesand bags. Remove skids from molding room along with refuse and return to staging area.

• Maintainaccuratepaperwork flow from materials to quality control. Prepare notifications (maintenance ofwork orders) for service to equipment asrequired.

• Calibrate the on-press blender andensureratios arecorrectedvia a control box withtoughpad.

• Responsible for housekeeping at color change, shift changeover, and overallroom forhousekeeping.

• Preventive Maintenance on grinders and resetting of blades.Ensurepersonal safety along withthe safetyof others around them.

• Pull full skids of finished goods to final audit or staging

• Move staged bodies and actuators to machines persupervisors'instructions.Moveempty boxes to the molding rooms and Move scrap skids to warehouse.

• Print out placards and labels as needed.

• Order parts and lining materials for color changes and liner changes.

• Work directly with the operators on what parts need to be orderedthroughoutthe shift.

• Help Operators/Technicians when time permits.

• Communicate all aspects of job activity to the next shifts material handler/lead operator, and/or supervisor/lead person.

• All other duties as assigned.

Who We are Looking For

Education :

• Highschool Diploma or GED

Required Skills

• Ability to read, count and write

• Physical ability to perform activitylist

• Forklift truck training

Preferred Skills

• Prepare notifications (Maintenance Work orders) for service to equipment asrequired.

• Responsible for housekeeping at color change, shiftchangeoverand overall room housekeeping.

• Understanding of 8-step problem solving process

• Knowledge of SAP
