Role Overview:
We are looking for a Resiliency Junior IT SME to support application resiliency, disaster recovery, and recovery planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze application recovery requirements, service criticality, and technical dependencies.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) test preparation and follow-up actions.
- Map dependencies across applications, platforms, infrastructure, and business services.
- Identify gaps between current capabilities and target resiliency expectations.
- Prepare documentation, evidence, and materials for governance and design validation.
- Work closely with senior SMEs to validate technical information and maintain consistent documentation.
- Support resiliency assessments and ensure recovery strategies are backed by data and evidence.
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT Resiliency, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Operational Resilience.
- Understanding of application recovery requirements and technical dependencies.
- Experience supporting DR testing, recovery assessments, or resiliency analysis.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Fluent/strong Spanish communication skills – must be comfortable working with teams in Mexico and Spain.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in NYC/Madison.
