Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks Residential Support Staff to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care in community-based homes. In this role, you’ll assist residents with daily living tasks, personal care, meal prep, and housekeeping while fostering safety, dignity, and independence. You’ll implement individualized service plans, support behavior and emotional regulation, and accompany residents to appointments and community activities.
