Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Residential Support Professional to provide person-centered care for adults in community-based housing. In this role, you will assist with daily living skills, medication prompts, and transportation, while supporting residents’ recovery, independence, and community integration. You will implement service plans, monitor safety, respond to crises, and maintain clear documentation.
