Lutheran Social Services seeks a Residential Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a community-based home for adults in need of support. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, personal care, medication reminders, and skill-building to promote independence, safety, and dignity. You’ll implement individualized support and behavior plans, document services, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
