We're currently hiring Residential Support Counselors to join our compassionate and dedicated team.Hours: Full time, 40 hours/weekWednesday 7am - 3pmThursday 8am - 9pmFriday 4pm - 9pmSaturday 7am - 9pmCompensation: $24 hourlyResponsibilities:The Residential Support Counselor will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting. Staff in this location will have the opportunity to support adults in two adjacent homes.Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administrationSupport and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundryAccompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community eventsFollow each individuals care planAll staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safetyComplete required daily documentationOther duties as needed or assignedQualifications:1 year of experience working in the Human Services fieldHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be 18 years of age or olderValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insuranceWhat’s in it for you?
