SALARY: $23.00 per hour; dependent on experience and qualifications

A Day in the life of a Residential Supervisor at Summit Oaks:
- Provide direction, evaluation, and support to residential staff.
- Ensure physical intervention for residents and staff protection if necessary.
- Transport residents as needed and maintain health and safety standards.
- Attend in-service trainings, staff meetings, and supervisor meetings.
- Cover on-call duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral or social science field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
- Requires a valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
