The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Residential Specialist Floater to support multiple homes in the South Bay region. You will provide direct support, assist with daily living activities, and help residents pursue independence under the supervision of a QIDP.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least six months’ experience with individuals with disabilities, strong communication skills, and a valid California driver's license.
