Residential Skills Trainer

Residential Skills TrainerClarvida is seeking a Residential Skills Trainer to support adults with severe and persistent mental illness living in a residential group home setting. In this role, you will work directly with residents to build essential life skills that promote independence, stability, and successful community living.You will provide daily guidance and structure in areas such as housekeeping, meal preparation, budgeting, hygiene, medication management, and use of public transportation. This role also includes monitoring resident progress, documenting behaviors, providing crisis intervention when needed, and transporting residents to appointments and community activities.
