Key Responsibilities: Analyze completed title searches for accuracy and adherence to client-specific SOPs Examine and evaluate documentation to determine property ownership, encumbrances, and legal descriptions Synthesize title search information and prepare comprehensive property reports and title commitments Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a title abstractor/examiner, including online search experience Familiarity with state guidelines and property tax jurisdictions Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word and Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Remote work experience is preferred
