Residential Property Manager – HOAs, Condominiums & Co-ops
- Manage the daily operations of residential communities, including HOAs, condominiums, and cooperative properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, residents, board members, and vendors.
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare meeting materials, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, vendor contracts, and service requests.
- Assist with annual budgets, financial reporting, common charges, assessments, and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, community rules, applicable regulations, and insurance requirements.
- Resolve resident concerns, manage vendor relationships, and maintain high standards of property operations and resident satisfaction.
Salary $100,000- $110,000
