The Arc Carroll County is seeking Residential Program staff to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based homes. In this role, you’ll assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, medication administration, transportation, social and recreational activities, and community integration. You will document services, follow care plans, and ensure health and safety.
