Residential Program Manager: Lead with People-Centered Care

Chrysalis of Ogden, UT is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the residential program. You will supervise Residential Trainers, model best practices, and assist in providing direct services to residents.

You will coordinate the development and implementation of Person Centered Plans, ensure residents' medical, financial, and recreational needs are met, and maintain proper staff ratios and training.
