Residential Operations Lead — Flexible Aged Care

Anglicare Sydney is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Residential Leadership Team at Newmarch House, Kingswood. This full-time role focuses on operational leadership, to deliver high-quality care, optimise occupancy and financial performance, and drive staff engagement.

You will manage rostering and HR/payroll processes, ensure policy compliance and champion continuous improvement to support resident wellbeing and satisfaction.
