Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Residential Maintenance Technician to support safe, comfortable housing for clients in our residential programs. In this field-based role, you’ll perform routine and emergency maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and room turns across multiple sites. You will conduct inspections, complete work orders, maintain tools and supplies, and coordinate with vendors while following safety, licensing, and building codes.
Working within a faith-inspired, trauma-informed, and inclusive culture, you’ll collaborate closely with care staff to minimize disruption to residents and ensure high-quality, mission-driven facility care.
