We are seeking an experienced Residential Lending Operations Manager to lead residential lending operations and the implementation of a new LOS/POS platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new LOS/POS platform, including vendor coordination, workflow configuration, data migration, staff training, and go-live support.
- Oversee residential lending operations and process optimization.
- Manage underwriting support and credit file management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, disclosure accuracy, and HMDA reporting.
- Coordinate loans throughout the complete loan lifecycle.
- Improve operational efficiency and quality of service.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential lending or mortgage operations.
- Experience implementing or managing LOS/POS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of residential lending compliance, disclosures, and HMDA reporting.
- Experience with underwriting support, credit files, and loan coordination.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
