Residential Growth Leader — Build & Scale Local Markets (Indy)

Jobot is seeking a Residential Market Growth Executive to build the residential business in Indianapolis from the ground up. You’ll generate leads, run in-home consultative appointments, and shape early growth strategy with support from senior leadership.

This hybrid, build-from-scratch role includes developing community relationships, loyalty and referral programs, and partnerships with HOAs to drive growth, with a clear path to leadership as the team scales.
