We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Residential Escrow Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a high level of expertise to every closing, and takes pride in providing a seamless, stress-free experience for clients.

You'll be a key part of our operations — managing residential transactions from start to finish and playing a vital role in maintaining MBL Title's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and manage new residential title orders and escrow accounts
  • Review purchase contracts, closing instructions, and escrow agreements
  • Order title evidence and surveys, issue title commitments, and resolve title issues
  • Prepare accurate closing statements and documentation
  • Close and fund residential transactions in accordance with instructions and best practices
  • Coordinate with underwriters, lenders, agents, and clients to ensure timely and smooth closings
  • Mentor and support junior escrow staff and assistants
  • Maintain industry knowledge through continued education and participation in professional organizations

Who You Are:

  • A licensed Escrow Officer with a minimum of 5 years of residential title experience in Texas
  • You have a substantial and transferable book of business and an active referral network
  • An expert in residential escrow processes, with the ability to handle complex transactions and documents
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple transactions under tight deadlines
  • An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
