The role oversees the academic programme, leading teachers and staff, and coordinating with the Academic Manager for a six-day workweek during a residential summer session at Ramapo College, Mahwah, NJ.
The DoS will plan and deliver the curriculum, assign classes and materials, organize inductions and CPD, and ensure MLA values are upheld in all academic activities.
