Project ManagerWithersRavenel is recruiting a Project Manager to join our expanding and innovative Residential Development Practice Area!This role is a unique opportunity, especially given the diverse project portfolio and growth potential within the Charlotte office.
The role would be ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple sectors-residential, commercial, and industrial-and wants to be involved in the broader aspects of land development. Additionally, the opportunity to mentor and help grow the team adds a valuable leadership component to the role. In sum, this role is a great fit for someone who is both technically skilled and interested in team development.This is a hybrid role working out of our Charlotte, NC office, where employees and supervisors collaborate to establish an in- and out-of-office schedule that "works" for all involved.ResponsibilitiesDirect projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs while collaborating with clients and teammates throughout the organization.Oversee and participate in the cultivation of existing client relationships including periodic client meetings, proposal and budget development, and obtaining feedback in conjunction with Marketing and Practice Area teammates.Prepare agreements and oversee the creation and approval of construction plans, bid documents, technical specifications and construction cost estimates.Analyze complex technical opportunities and devise new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions.Lead, coach, and mentor Team Members to achieve the goals and strategies for the Practice Area.
