We're currently in urgent need of Residential Desk Workers — not just to do a job, but to make a difference.
What You'll Do:
- Assisting clients with day-to-day needs, questions, and concerns
- Managing client sign-ins/outs
- Monitoring and distributing medications
- Conducting room and belongings searches
- Completing paperwork and documenting activity
- Providing structure, care, and support to clients throughout their stay
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable, calm, and consistent team members
- Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
- Compassionate, but able to maintain rules and structure
- Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Willingness to work day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
- No certification required — just a strong sense of purpose and professionalism
