The Residence Concierge must be able to respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.Essential FunctionsProvide accurate information to residents and guests in a courteous manner; fill all resident requests or requirements; anticipate resident needsKnow, communicate effectively, and sell activities available in the area, ie. theatre, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for guestsHandle residence floor guests and vendors check-ins/check-outsComply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPactWork harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contactsPre-register, block, cancel and secure future reservations following hotel policies and proceduresProperly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and faxesMaintain the Residence Concierge desk, office and storage areas in an orderly mannerUtilize the hotel computer system and phone system effectivelyQualifications & ExperienceHave excellent customer service and guest contact skillsMinimum two years' experience in the same or similar role required.Prior Concierge or Hotel Concierge experience is preferred.Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language is requiredMust be able to multi-task and have the ability to manage priorities with a high attention to detailMust be able to work a flexible schedule (mornings/nights/weekends)Four Seasons offers an award winning work environment and an excellent benefits package which includes:Hourly Rate: $39.08Market-leading benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)401(k) Retirement PlanComplimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsComplimentary Employee MealsBe yourself and become a member of a work family that cares about you and invests in your developmentElevate your craft here and abroad!
