An icon in the Miami Beaches, located near Sunny Isles, this beachside hotel brings a new era of luxury, with celebrated dining and a world-class spa, to its Surfside shores.About the RoleRespond to a wide variety of residence requests by accurately assessing their needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.What You Will DoHandles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves complaints; assists residences in all inquiries in connection with residential and hotel services, hours of operations, key personnel, etc. Responds to all requests in an accurate and timely manner.Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.Assure information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Knows what activities are available in the city and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for residences.Greets residences and their guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using names whenever possible.
