Position: Residential Canvassing Manager (Home Improvement) – Lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with a base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
- Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
- Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
- Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
Qualifications
- Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
- Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
- Comfortable working in the field and leading by example.
Compensation
- Earn $75,000 - $250,000
