Resident Regional General Manager - Commercial Laundry

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of three commercial laundry facilities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage, mentor, and develop on-site management teams to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with corporate leadership to align regional operations with company objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-site operations management, preferably within the commercial laundry or similar service industries.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
• Willingness to be based in Panama City Beach, FL and manage local facilities regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
