Continental Properties is seeking a Resident Relations Manager for the Springs at Northgate community in Colorado Springs, CO. You will lead operations, leasing activities, revenue management, and resident satisfaction to ensure a premier living experience.

You will report to the Community Manager and collaborate across teams to drive occupancy, renewals, and compliant, low- to mid-level financial reporting while maintaining excellent resident service.
